The London Therapy Foundation is a collective of many qualified Psychotherapists and Counsellors. A good proportion of these specialists have come from the Corporate Business world and so have a wide ranging knowledge of the workings of business and of the stress and unhappiness that can exist there.

We realize that as an employer you will be aware of how stress in the work place can seriously affect the productivity of an employee. This is not good news and can actually cost your company a great deal of money.

Stress in the work place can sap confidence, cause breakdown in employee relationships and lead to poor decision making. Ultimately these symptoms will lead to time off work sometimes for long periods, and reluctance to be at work.
