I am a fully qualified, BACP registered counsellor and having a master's degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy means I have the knowledge to draw on a number of different approaches, including psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and relational, using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) whenever it is appropriate.

For the past few years I have been offering short and long-term counselling with The Mulberry Centre, Kingston Women's Centre and Kingston iCope, Psychological Therapies Service.

I work with individuals, aged 16 and over, and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I have been interested in the healing process for many years and originally trained as a clinical reflexologist in 2002, working in various NHS mental health services. My special interest and ongoing study is on the subject of the mind-body connection and treating the client holistically. I also provide individual specialist support for university students.
