My name is Lorna, I am an experienced therapist and believe that a good counselling relationship, that is built on trust is pivotal for providing you a safe space to talk freely, learn and have an understanding of your emotions and certain behaviours to find self-acceptance and heal.

I work with a broad range of diverse presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, abuse, bereavement, low self-confidence, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, trauma, separation and divorce. I draw on skills and techniques from Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Relational, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and the type of therapy offered is tailored and unique to you.

For the past 10 years I have been a practising counsellor and psychotherapist in South West and Central London. During that time I have been a counsellor in the NHS, within a council and for a bereavement charity. Alongside my private practice I also work in a forensic setting.

I offer an initial up to 15 minutes phone consultation for free at an agreed time.
