We are emotional beings – with a wealth of emotional experience. Often, we are overwhelmed, lost, confused and don’t quite know how to deal with our emotion because we become one with it. Its negative residues can leave us with lingering anger, stress and sadness and with undesirable effects on our body. Unresolved emotions pile up and form painful memories waiting to be recycled. Dealing with emotion takes understanding, practice and perseverance.


This workshop shows you how to:    


  Find your mind and be mindful of it


   Understand and guard your emotion through mindfulness practice


   Prevent negative emotions from developing any further


    Release troubling emotions so that the mind can have peace


Open to all - please wear comfortable clothing


Kamontip, a former university lecturer and radio programme producer in Thailand, is a teacher of mindfulness meditation and a consultant in stress management. She has studied mindfulness meditation over three decades under several masters in Thailand and the UK. She has a Master’s degree in Education and another in the Psychobiology of Stress. Her MSc research thesis showed the beneficial effects of mindfulness on menopausal sleeping problems.
