Tony Novissimo (Founding and Managing Director)

Tony has been practising Psychotherapy and Counselling for over ten years and works using integrative, psychodynamic and spiritual platforms. Tony had many years experience in the corporate world before studying to become a counsellor and psychotherapist. He has also spent some 40 years studying the philosophy of Advita and concepts relating to the ‘true self’. Tony is now developing new theoretical models in the realm of Psychotherapy and new ways to measure outcomes.
Maddie Novissimo (Workshop Director)
Maddie has a background in complementary therapies (but is not currently practising) and joined LTF in 2013 with the mission to expand the CPD training and workshops programme for our members and friends. Now with a thriving department running regular events at Lambert Avenue, there are plans to expand regionally in the future.

Joan La Bassiere

Joan is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She has been practising for over 15 years both in both USA and London and is committ ed to providing effective counselling and psychotherapy to all her clients.
Joan was a founding member/director of LTF. She stepped down as a director earlier this year but all her hard work and support in creating LTF is much appreciated. Thank you, Joan!
Debbie Courtney
Debbie has been a qualified Counsellor for several years (but is not currently practising). She works using person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques. Debbie has worked for nine years in the public sector and has experience of people management in addition to mentoring young people and families - particularly those who have moved to the UK to seek asylum.
Anna Romaniuk

Anna is an experienced Transactional Analysis Counsellor and Psychotherapist who integrates various styles of Psychotherapy and Counselling in her practice, working with individuals, couples and groups in a range of clinical settings. She has also worked with disabled young people and their families since 2001.
Anna holds a professional Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute (MI), has completed four years of training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and is currently completing her Masters research.
Additionally, Anna holds certificates in Integrative Counselling Skills and Theory, Psychodynamic Counselling and Transpersonal Studies (Spiritual).
She is a full member of BACP, European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) and MI.
Louise Doughty
Louise is a practising Counsellor, primarily using person centred techniques, and is a member of BACP. She currently works in the healthcare and voluntary sectors providing support and management of loss and grief. She holds a professional diploma in Integrative Counselling and is working towards her accreditation and research degree.
